Eviction Pay as you go plans
Package 1 - Legal Eviction
Notice for one tenant including process server for $500.00, for two tenants $650.00.
Package 2 - Eviction Notice Plus includes serving one tenant with Eviction notice and filing legal documents with court if tenant refuses to move after Eviction notice time is up, this includes process server fees, court fees, etc for $1,200.00, or for two tenants $1,400.00.
Package 3 - Already served your tenant with the legal Eviction notice but they refused to move. Let us take over and file with the court to get them legally evicted with a court order now. We'll do the leg work of preparing the legal documents, filing it with the proper court, paying the court filing fee, and process server fee for $600.00 for one tenant or $750.00 for two tenants.
